A day at the Waterfront
The Darwin Waterfront is the perfect location to spend the day. Lounge by the recreation lagoon or make a splash in the Wave Pool. If your child loves animals, sign them up for Croc Cove's Junior Reptile Rangers program. They'll come up close with some of the NT's unique wildlife while also learning how to prepare meals and feed them.

The City of Darwin public library is a great spot to spend the morning. Sit indoors and immerse yourself in a good book. The library is also running a fantastic school holiday program. Head to the City of Darwin's website to view.
RFDS Darwin Tourist Facility
Located on Stokes Hill Wharf, this amazing exhibit will teach you the history of the RFDS through interactive displays and virtual reality. Experience the drama and destruction of the bombing of Darwin and hear stories and experiences of what happened on that day.
